This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information across our products and services, including the GeoLapis Geo Brief mobile app, GeoLapis Geo Insight, the GeoLapis Geospatial Web App at app.geolapis.com, related APIs, reports, and support services.
GeoLapis provides AI-assisted geospatial, geological, environmental, location-screening, and report-generation tools. Outputs are intended for early-stage screening and awareness only, not as final professional advice.

- Account Information: Name, email address, login details, subscription or plan status, and optional profile details.
- Usage Data: Feature usage, quota counts, clicks, timestamps, session metadata, app version, and device/app diagnostics.

- Geo Brief and Geo Insight Data: Selected location, report inputs, generated report sections, AI-assisted narratives, weather context, seismicity context, country context, map images, and related metadata.
- Saved PDF History: Exported Geo Brief PDFs may be saved locally on your device inside the mobile app history so you can reopen or share them later. This local history remains on your device unless you delete it or share/export it.

- Save exported PDF history locally on your device where supported.
- Manage usage quotas, free/pro plan access, subscriptions, and payment status.

- Selected Locations: You may also select a location by searching, tapping the map, or entering coordinates.
- No Continuous Tracking: GeoLapis does not continuously track your location in the background.
- Purpose: Location data is used to center maps, resolve place names, fetch public context, generate reports, create map images, and produce AI-assisted explanations.
- Device Controls: You can disable or limit location permission through your browser, iOS, or Android settings.
